This 1906 colonial home required that we relocate the walk-in pantry door to the mud room and reduce the size of several windows allowing us to maximize cabinet wall space. Floor Joist were compromised and sagging after 100+ years of settling requiring repairs. 

At Northern Westchester Kitchen & Bath, we blend 1910 charm with modern elegance in our bathroom remodels. Featuring a sleek black niche wall and matching shower floors, we create a bold, timeless look that enhances both style and functionality.

Reconfigured this small bathroom to optimize all space. Moved the tub from the right side dividing the bathroom in half to the back wall creating twice more floor space in front of the vanity and toilet. Dramatically improved functionality of bathroom. Finished the bathroom with a timeless Carrara Marble classic herringbone floor and matching mosaic and niche. The drop-in tub is a nice upgrade allowing you to tile the front of it. Silver fixtures matched the sleek white marble with a modern rectangular rain shower head, wand and shower body.  Everyone appreciated the modern power touch vanity mirror with built-in defogger.
